Recipe Idea: Smoky Maple-Dijon Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Boneless Thighs and Legs

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Dijon, maple syrup, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Coat chicken in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.

  4. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
