Chicken Feet Broth Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of Pure Pastures chicken feet
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • Fresh herbs of your choice (such as parsley, thyme, or bay leaves)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, add the chicken feet, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Fill the pot with enough water to cover all the ingredients.
  3. Add the fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for at least 4 hours (or up to 12 hours for a more concentrated flavor).
  5. Occasionally skim off any foam or impurities that rise to the surface.
  6. After simmering, strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the solids.
  7. Let the broth cool, then refrigerate or freeze it for later use.
