Wild-caught in Alaska, exceptionally rich and naturally high in omega-3s
Exceptionally rich, tender and naturally abundant in omega-3 fatty acids, Wild Alaska King Salmon is one of the most prized salmon varieties available.
Also known as Chinook salmon, King Salmon is the largest and richest of the Pacific salmon species. Its naturally high oil content creates a buttery flavor, moist texture and substantial flakes.
Our salmon is wild-caught in Alaska, carefully handled and frozen to preserve its exceptional flavor, texture and quality before making its way to our farm.
Wild Alaska King Salmon has a full-bodied flavor and moist, delicate texture. Its naturally higher oil content also makes it more forgiving to prepare than leaner salmon varieties.
Each package averages 7 to 9 ounces and is individually frozen, making it easy to thaw and prepare only what you need.
Cooking tip: Cook gently and remove the salmon from the heat while the center is still moist. Avoid overcooking to preserve its rich texture and natural oils.
King Salmon provides complete protein and naturally occurring omega-3 fatty acids, along with nutrients including vitamin B12, niacin and selenium.
Alaska salmon fisheries are managed around the health and timing of individual salmon runs. Harvest opportunities may expand, contract or close based on conditions observed within each fishing region.
This responsive approach helps protect returning salmon populations while allowing fishermen to harvest when conditions support it.
