Local Home Delivery
We deliver across a wide area of Middle Tennessee on Monday or Tuesday depending on weekly routing.
Orders of $159+ qualify for free local home delivery.
Farm Pickup
Local customers can choose farm pickup when available at checkout.
Place your order online, and we will have it packed and ready for pickup at the farm.
Market Pickup
When available, customers can pre-order for pickup at select farmers markets.
Pre-ordering helps us pack smarter and makes sure your food is ready when you arrive.
Frozen Shipping
Frozen shipping orders leave early in the week by UPS or FedEx to avoid weekend delays.
Many customers outside our local delivery area can still order through frozen shipping. Enter your address at checkout to see the options available for your location.
A Few Helpful Details
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. Your order is packed frozen and can be left safely at your door. We always recommend moving your order to the freezer as soon as you are able.
How is my order packed?
Orders are packed frozen in insulated packaging. Shipping orders include dry ice as needed to help keep everything cold in transit.

Can I order eggs?
Local customers can add farm-fresh eggs when available. Eggs are not available for frozen shipping.
