Farmers Market Pickup
Pre-order online for Saturday pickup at Richland Park Farmers Market and avoid depending solely on day-of market inventory.

- The regular summer market runs from 9 AM to noon

Ordering before the deadline gives our team time to pull inventory, verify your order, pack frozen and refrigerated products, and prepare everything for pickup.
The specific pickup date and available time window will appear when you select the farm pickup schedule.
Pick up beginning at 8:30 AM Saturday, before the regular market opens at 9 AM during the summer season.

Farm and farmers market pickup reduce the route, carrier, packaging, and handling costs involved with home delivery and frozen shipping.
We pass part of those savings back to pickup customers through an additional 5% discount applied when the eligible pickup option is selected at checkout.
The discount also applies alongside eligible product and bundle pricing unless otherwise noted.

Do I need to order online before pickup?
Yes. Ordering online reserves your products, applies the pickup discount, and gives our team time to prepare your order. Limited products may also be available for regular purchase at Richland Park Farmers Market, but pre-ordering provides the best selection.
How do I receive the additional 5% pickup discount?
Select an eligible farm or farmers market pickup option for your order. The applicable pickup pricing or discount will be reflected during checkout.
Can I change my pickup location after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. Whether the location can be changed depends on inventory, route preparation, and whether the order has already been packed or staged.
What happens if I miss my pickup time?
Contact the farm promptly by text at (615) 380-1082. We will explain the available options, but missed pickups may require rescheduling because frozen and refrigerated foods must remain under proper temperature control.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes. Ask them to provide the name used on the order. Sending us a brief message in advance is helpful when the pickup name will be different.
Should I bring a cooler?
A cooler or insulated bags are recommended, especially during warm weather or when you have a longer drive home. Your order will be packed cold, but it should be transferred to your refrigerator or freezer promptly.
