You are in complete control of your repeating order. You can edit items, skip deliveries, or cancel at any time. We will never lock you into commitments or hide cancellation buttons. We don’t like those either.
Yes. You’ll receive an email notification approximately 3 days before your upcoming order leaves our farm.
Free items vary throughout the year and may include pasture-raised chicken drumsticks, whole milk cheese, or chicken eggs. Free items are included on orders that qualify for free shipping / delivery.
You have until the order cutoff deadline for your delivery area to make changes. We’ll send both an email and a text the week prior with your specific deadline.
Our system doesn’t currently support one-time orders between subscription deliveries. If you reach out to our customer support team, they’re happy to place a one-time order for you manually.
Our customer support team can help adjust your delivery schedule. Available options include weekly, every two weeks, every four weeks, or every eight weeks.

Log in, go to “Subscribe & Save” in the account menu, and scroll down to click “Cancel Your Subscription.”
In your account under “Subscribe & Save,” just click the “Skip” button. Your subscription will resume with the following scheduled order.
Select “Get it Sooner” from your “Subscribe & Save” dashboard to process your order on the next available delivery date in your area.
Your upcoming subscription order is always visible in your cart. You can add or remove products at any time. Changes apply to the next scheduled order, and you’ll receive one confirmation email. Any edits made afterward will show on your final order receipt.
