How Thanksgiving Turkey Reservations Work
Each year, we raise a limited number of pasture-raised turkeys for Thanksgiving. Because these birds take months to grow and late-fall processing space is limited, reservations help us plan carefully and make sure families have a bird secured for the holiday.

2. Earlier Reservations Get First Size PriorityWe prioritize turkey sizing requests in the order reservations are placed. If you know you prefer a smaller bird, larger bird, or a specific size range, reserving early gives us the best chance to match your request. |
3. Plans Can ChangeNot fully sure how many people will be at your Thanksgiving table? That is okay. You can revise your requested size, or even cancel your reservation for a full refund, anytime before September 1st without losing your early bird sizing priority. |
4. We Match Turkeys After HarvestSince every turkey grows a little differently, final weights are confirmed after harvest. We will match available birds to reservations based on requested size ranges and reservation order. |
Why Reserve Early?
We have fewer Thanksgiving turkeys available this year than in some years past. Once they are spoken for, we cannot simply add more birds because our late-fall processing space is already limited.
Reserving early gives your family the strongest position for size preference and helps us plan well for the animals, the farm, the processor, and your holiday table.
The early bird price is available until September 1st, unless turkeys sell out first.

Our turkeys are raised with the same care our customers have come to expect from Pure Pasture Farms. They are moved to pasture as they grow, given room to live as turkeys should, and raised without antibiotics, hormones, or GMOs.
These are not factory turkeys. They are real farm-raised birds for families who want a holiday meal they can feel good about serving.

Is my exact requested size guaranteed?
We cannot guarantee an exact final weight because turkeys are living animals and every bird grows differently. However, we prioritize sizing requests in the order reservations are placed and do our very best to match each family with the best available bird.
When will I receive my turkey?
Thanksgiving turkeys will be delivered or picked up before Thanksgiving with enough time for proper thawing and holiday meal planning. We will communicate final delivery and pickup details as we get closer to the harvest.
Why are reservations limited?
Turkeys require months of planning, feed, care, pasture space, and processing coordination. We only offer the number of turkeys we believe we can raise and process responsibly.
