Final weights are confirmed after harvest because every turkey grows differently. We match birds to reservations by requested size range and reservation order.

Is my exact requested size guaranteed?
We cannot guarantee an exact final weight because turkeys are living animals and every bird grows differently. However, we prioritize sizing requests in the order reservations are placed and do our best to match each family with the best available bird.
When will I receive my turkey?
Thanksgiving turkeys will be delivered or picked up before Thanksgiving with enough time for proper thawing and holiday meal planning. We will communicate final delivery and pickup details as we get closer to harvest.
