Ingredients:
- 1 pound of Pure Pasture Farms Gourmet Beef Grind
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles

Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Divide the Gourmet Beef Grind into four equal portions and shape them into patties. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. For a medium-rare burger, aim for an internal temperature of 130-135°F.
