What’s Inside
- Two roast cuts, selected from chuck, arm, top round, bottom round, eye of round, tri-tip, or picanha.
- One brisket, rib, or barbecue cut, selected from brisket, back ribs, plate ribs, short ribs, or beef belly.
- One broth-rich or slow-cooking specialty cut, selected from osso buco, oxtail, mixed bones, marrow bones, shank-style cuts, or another comparable harvest cut.
- Two pounds of ground beef staples, selected from available ground-beef varieties.
Plan Your Freezer
Allow about one-half cubic foot of freezer space. Products arrive vacuum-sealed and frozen.
Harvest Note
Exact cuts vary with each whole-animal harvest. When a listed cut is unavailable, we may substitute a similar beef cut of equal or greater value.
