Burgers, Tacos & Skillet Meals
Our patties are simply ground beef in handy quarter-pound portions, packed four to a pound. Cook them as burgers, or thaw and break them up for tacos, chili, pasta sauce, or skillet meals. Two portions give you half a pound; a full pack gives you a pound.
Fajitas, Steak Salads & Bowls
Bavette is especially well suited to marinating, cooking quickly over high heat, and slicing thinly across the grain.

How the Beef Is Raised
Every cut is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, from cattle raised on pasture and finished on forage without grain. Our beef standard does not use added growth hormones or routine antibiotics.
Pure Pasture Farms raises cattle and also works with selected local cattle-raising partners. The same grass-fed and grass-finished standard applies to every cut in this box.
Packed for Your Freezer
Steaks are individually vacuum sealed, and the beef patties are packed four per package. Your beef is frozen and packed for the local delivery, frozen shipping, farm pickup, or market-pickup option selected at checkout. Move frozen food into the freezer promptly after receiving it.
