Each 1/8 Beef Harvest Box includes approximately 30–32 lb of beef, planned for both everyday meals and special dinners.
Expected Box Mix
12 lb Ground Beef & Burger Staples
Includes a practical mix of 80/20 ground beef, Gourmet Ground Chuck, Ground Sirloin, Smash Burger 70/30, and/or burger patties.
8 Steak Packs
Each box is planned to include 1–2 premium steakhouse cuts such as ribeye, filet mignon, NY strip, or sirloin filet, plus a rotating mix of butcher’s cuts and grill favorites such as Denver steak, flat iron, bavette, chuck eye, flank, inside skirt, outside skirt, or tenderloin tails.
2 Roast Cuts
Rotating from chuck roast, bone-in arm roast, top round roast, bottom round roast, eye of round roast, tri-tip roast, or whole picanha roast.
1 Brisket, Rib, or BBQ Cut
Rotating from brisket flat, half brisket, beef back ribs, beef plate ribs, English short ribs, Korean-style short ribs, or beef belly.
1 Traditional, Broth, or Slow-Cooking Cut
Rotating from osso buco, mixed beef bones, marrow bones, oxtail, beef liver, beef tongue, or beef heart.
2 Beef Broth Pouches
Ready-to-use Pure Pasture Beef Broth for soups, stews, sauces, rice, braising, or slow-cooked meals.
Harvest Note: Because this box is packed from a real whole-animal harvest, exact cuts may vary slightly based on final inventory and packing. If a specific cut is limited, we may substitute a similar beef cut of equal or greater value.
