1/8 Beef Harvest Box
This mixed box includes approximately 30–32 lb of grass-fed and grass-finished beef for everyday meals, grilling, and slow cooking.
Expected Box Mix
- Approximately 12 lb of ground beef and burger staples
- Eight steak packages, including a rotating mix of premium and butcher’s cuts
- Two roast cuts
- One brisket, rib, or barbecue cut
- One traditional, broth-rich, or slow-cooking cut
- Two beef broth pouches
Harvest Note
Exact cuts vary with each whole-animal harvest. When a listed cut is unavailable, we may substitute a similar beef cut of equal or greater value.
Storage
Products arrive frozen. Plan adequate freezer space and keep frozen until ready to thaw.
