Reserve your share of our new 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef harvest before individual cuts open Monday. The 1/8 Beef Harvest Box is built for families who want the best variety, better value, and an easy way to stock the freezer with pasture-raised beef.

This is a preorder item. Orders placed this week will be packed from the new beef harvest and delivered or shipped during next week’s delivery cycle.

What’s Inside?

Each box includes approximately 30–32 lb of mixed beef cuts, including:

• 10 lb total ground beef, gourmet ground chuck, ground sirloin, smash burger, and/or burger patties
• 6 steak packs, rotating from NY strip, ribeye, filet mignon, sirloin filet, Denver steak, flat iron, chuck eye, bavette, skirt, flank, hanger, or teres major
• 2 roast cuts, rotating from chuck roast, bone-in arm roast, top round, bottom round, eye of round, picanha, or tri-tip
• 1 rib, brisket, or short rib cut, rotating from brisket flat, half brisket, back ribs, plate ribs, English short ribs, or Korean short ribs
• 1 traditional or slow-cooking cut, rotating from osso buco, beef belly, mixed bones, marrow bones, oxtail, or beef liver

Because this box is built from a real whole-animal harvest, exact cuts may vary slightly based on final inventory and packing. In the unlikely event of limited inventory on a specific cut, we may substitute a similar beef cut of equal or greater value.

How Our Beef Is Raised

Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, raised on regenerative pastures without grain, added hormones, routine antibiotics, or mRNA. Each harvest is dry-aged 21 days for deeper flavor and naturally tender texture.

Freezer Space

Plan for approximately 1 cubic foot of freezer space for this box. A standard refrigerator freezer may work if it is mostly empty, but a small chest freezer is ideal.
