1 Roast or Slow-Cooking Cut

How Our Beef Is Raised
Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, raised on regenerative pastures without grain, added hormones, routine antibiotics, or mRNA. Each harvest is dry-aged 21 days for deeper flavor and naturally tender texture.
Freezer Space
Plan for about one-third to one-half cubic foot of freezer space. This box should fit in most refrigerator freezers if you have some room available.
Harvest Note: Because this box is packed from a real whole-animal harvest, exact cuts may vary slightly based on final inventory and packing. If a specific cut is limited, we may substitute a similar beef cut of equal or greater value.
