Marble / Colby Jack

A Marble cheese made from local Whole Milk and is a blend of yellow Colby Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheeses. It is mild in flavor with a semi-soft texture. Due to its good melting capabilities, this cheese is very popular with Mexican dishes. It has a very rich but mild, smooth, sweet, tangy, buttery taste. The cheese can be enjoyed in quiches, omelets or melted over baked dishes and vegetables.
