The Low & Slow Beef Box is packed with rich, flavorful cuts from our new 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef harvest. It is built for families who love slow-cooked meals, smoked beef, shredded beef, bone broth, and comfort food that fills the kitchen with real farm-food flavor.

This is a preorder item. Orders placed this week will be packed from the new beef harvest and delivered or shipped during next week’s delivery cycle.

What’s Inside?

Each box includes approximately 12–14 lb of mixed beef cuts, including:

• 2 roast cuts, rotating from chuck roast, bone-in arm roast, top round, bottom round, eye of round, picanha, or tri-tip
• 1 brisket, rib, or short rib cut, rotating from brisket flat, half brisket, back ribs, plate ribs, English short ribs, or Korean short ribs
• 1 slow-cooking specialty cut, rotating from osso buco, beef belly, oxtail, marrow bones, or mixed bones
• 2 lb ground beef, gourmet ground chuck, ground sirloin, or smash burger for easy weeknight meals

Because this box is built from a real whole-animal harvest, exact cuts may vary based on final inventory and packing. If a specific cut is limited, we may substitute a similar beef cut of equal or greater value.

How Our Beef Is Raised

Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, raised on regenerative pastures without grain, added hormones, routine antibiotics, or mRNA. Each harvest is dry-aged 21 days for deeper flavor and naturally tender texture.

Freezer Space

Plan for about one-half cubic foot of freezer space. This box should fit in most refrigerator freezers if you have room available.
